What Are Some Alternative Uses For An Aquarium Besides Housing Fish?

We've decided not to have any more fish as pets but we still want to get use out of our great aquarium. Any ideas of other aquarium-appropriate pets, or even non-pet ideas?

  1. You could house hurmit crabs or other animals. or you could decorate it as if fish really did live in it and just use it for decoration. You could put plants in it. You could grow veggies and things by turning it in to a green house. You could use it to throw junk in like a huge pocket bucket. You could some how decorate the inside with things and use it as a decoration tank. Example. You could put rocks on the bottome then candles in the tank with some fack flowers. You could put it upside down and use it as a display case. You could turn it in to a 3D pickture.

  2. Rats, mice, hamsters.
    Lizards
    Snakes
    Stick insects
    Emperor scorpions
    Turtles
    Newts or Salamanders
    Frogs
Grow plants that need a lot of humidity, the aquarium keeps the humidity in.
Or maybe a giant millipede or some Madagascar hissing cockroaches.
    Put some figurines inside.
